Richard Skelton age 72 of Winfield, AL died Monday, October 18, 2010 in the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. 

Born in Guin, AL. He is the Son of the late Elvin and Hazel Montgomery Skelton and the Husband of Margaret Ann McKay Skelton.  He had lived in Guin and Winfield all of his life and was a member of the Center United Methodist Church.  He had retired from Continental Conveyer, and loved playing dominos, going to flea markets and trading knives and coins. 

He is survived by his Wife, Margaret Ann Skelton of Winfield, AL, A Daughter, Pamela Kay (Chris) Shaw of Hamilton, AL, A Son, James Skelton, of Guin, AL, 4 Grandchildren, Kimberly (Corey) Allison and David Beck Jr. all of Hamilton, AL and Anna and Austin Shaw, and  A Sister, Barbara Walls of Hamilton, AL.   

He was preceded in death by a Brother, Ralph Skelton and 2 Infant Sisters, Elizabeth and Mildred Skelton. 

Services held Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Center Cemetery.  Bro. Bryan Spiller officiating.
