Mary Christine Montgomery Hall age 81 of Sarah, Mississippi died Thursday, February 11, 2010 at the Tri- Lakes Medical Center in Batesville, Mississippi. 

Born in Tennessee, Christine was of the Baptist Faith and had retired from the Woolworths Department Store in Millington, Tennessee as a Clerk after over 30 years of service. A great highlight in her life working at Woolworths was she had many opportunities to meet and visit with the late Elvis Presley at the dining counter at Woolworths, as he was becoming a rising star in the music industry. 

Survived by A Daughter: Trudy Gail Lyons of Horn Lake, Ms, Two Sons: Tobey Thomas Novay of Sarah, Ms and Mark Nichols of Summerville, TN, Three Sisters; Mabel Schumacker, Jean Warf and Lorine Rackley all of Tennesse, One Brother: Charles Montgomery of Millington, TN, a host of Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews. 

Preceded in death by several Brothers and Sisters. 

Services held Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 12 noon from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Carter Cemetery at Detroit, AL. Bro. Jeremy Sorrells officiating.
