Ned McDonald, Sr. age 80 of Guin, AL died Sunday, April 03, 2011 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL. 

Born in Wayside, AL he is the Son of the late Theodore and Nucie Davis McDonald and the Husband of Etoil Nix McDonald.  He had lived in Guin most of his life, was owner and operator of McDonald Trucking and a member of the Guin Church Of Christ. 

He is survived by his Wife, Etoil Nix McDonald of Guin, AL, 2 Daughters, Jeannete Christopher and Bobbie (Don) Baker all of Guin, AL, 2 Sons, Ned (Angie) McDonald, Jr. of Hamilton, AL and David (Amy) McDonald of Guin, AL, 8 Grandchildren, Michael McDonald, Tres (Autumn) McDonald, Kelee (Kyle) Williams, Cory McDonald, Hanna Baker, Jordan McDonald, Garrett McDonald and Chelsea McDonald, 3 Great Grandchildren, Hagen Alex and Layne McDonald and A Sister, Sally Bostick of Hamilton, AL. 

He was also preceded in death by 2 Grandsons, Reese Baker and Dwayne Key and 2 Sisters, Etma Nix and Evelyn Colburn. 

Services held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM from the Guin Church Of Christ with burial in the Guin City Cemetery.  Mr. Bill Rayburn and Mr. Will White officiating.
