Maggie Holcomb Markham age 91 of Beaverton, AL died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. 

Maggie was born in Lamar County to late William Glover and Lillie White Weeks. She had live most all of her life in the Beaverton Area, was a Member of the Beaverton Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting with her friends from the Beaverton Quilting Club and had worked for Coy Glenn Mfg in both the Sulligent and Detroit locations. Maggie retired for the Reltoc Mfg in Winfield, AL after 24 years of Service. 

Survived by One Daughter: Rachel (Ron) Lamb of Mooreville, MS and One Son: Roger (Josie) Holcomb of Beaverton, AL Two Sisters: Ruth Barnes of Birmingham, AL and Kathleen Smith of Warrior, AL Six Grandchildren and Twelve Great Grandchildren. 

Preceded in death by her first Husband: James Addison Holcomb, Her second Husband Elvada Markham, and a Son: Bennie Rex Holcomb Four Sisters: Frances Stanford, Lucy Stanford, Carrie Weeks, Willie Reeves and Three Brothers: Morgan Weeks, James Peter Weeks and Doris Weeks. 

Services held Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 1: PM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Webb Cemetery. Bro. Danny Stanford officiating.
