Kearney Hamilton, age 90, died on May 26, at Hospice of West Alabama Tuscaloosa, AL.  

He is survived by his daughter Deborah Hamilton (Tim Crumly) of Tuscaloosa and his beloved cat, along with other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Ernestine Ausbon Hamilton.  

He was retired from NTN Bower and had previously worked at Detroit Slacks and as a mechanic. He had been a member of the Detroit United Methodist Church since age 5 and served as Treasurer for over 50 years. He enjoyed Crimson Tide football and Braves baseball.  

Burial will be at Carter Cemetery in Detroit.
