Bea Peoples Reeves age 78 of Vernon, AL formerly of Guin passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL.

Born in Beaverton, AL, she is the daughter of the late James Floyd and Cora Carrouth White. She had lived in Lamar County and Guin, AL all of her life and was a member of the Guin First United Methodist Church where she was also a member of the Crafts and Service Club. She had retired from Health Tex. She loved serving others by baking and cooking.

She is survived by her Husband Eugene Reeves of Vernon, AL, 2 Sons, Wade (Tammy) Peoples of Guin, AL, and Greg (Dana) Peoples of Winfield, AL, Step Daughter, Wendy Reeves of Huntsville, AL Step Son, Chris (Amy) Reeves of Trussville, AL, Step Son In Law, Neal Hall of Vernon, AL, 6 Grandchildren, Kelly (Beau) Markham, Matt (Jessica) Peoples, Bethany (Nick) Clifton, Sam Peoples, Ann Elizabeth Davis, and Collins Davis, 3 Step Grandchildren, Mary, Gracie and Micha Reeves, 3 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Sisters, Martha McReynolds and Verla Stephenson both of Vernon, AL.

She was also preceded in death by her Husband, Jim Peoples, Step Daughter, Debbie Hall, a Sister, Lottie White and aBrother, Raymond White.

Services held Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm from the Guin First United Methodist Church with Burial in the Guin City Cemetery.Bro. Tim Alexander and Bro. Daniel Berry officiating.

Visitation Saturday 12 noon - 2 pm at the church.
