Chock Gosa age 72 of Beaverton, AL, died Thursday, July 1, 2010, at the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield, AL.

 He was born in Lamar County to the late Charlie Boston and Flora Green Gosa.  Chock lived most of his life in the Beaverton area and was a member of the Love Joy Free Will Baptist Church.  He had retired from the Hyster Company after 25 years of service.

 He is survived by his Wife, Carolyn Guyton Gosa of Beaverton, AL, A Daughter, Debbie Castle of Sulligent, AL, A Son, Terry Gosa of Coker, AL, 3 Sisters, Minnie Anderson of Moline, IL, Bobbie Boover of Gattman, MS, and Lucy Nordhelm from the great state of Minnesota, 3 Brothers, Tommy Gosa, Kenneth Gosa, and Bill Gosa, all of Beaverton, AL, 4 Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by A Sister and 4 Brothers.

Services held Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at 11:00 am from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Gilmer Addition of the Sulligent City Cemetery.  Bro. Ed Puckett officiating.  

Pallbearers were Terry Gosa, Tommy Castle, Ryan Castle, Kery Gosa, Kenny Gosa, David Gosa, and Danny Gosa.
