Carolyn Rushing age 67 of Brilliant, AL died Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at her residence. 

Born in Marion County, AL she is the daughter of the late Harry and Estelle Spradlin Moseley and the Wife of the late David Rushing.  She had lived in Brilliant since 1980 and was a member of the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church.  She had retired from Southtrust Banking Company. 

She is survived by a Daughter, Shelley Ann (Allen) Webster of Guin, AL and a Son, Derek L. Rushing of Brilliant, AL, A Brother, Jerry (Martha) Moseley of Florence, AL Nieces, Michelle (Kirk) Moseley- Christian, and Gabrielle Moseley and a Nephew John T. Moseley. 

Services held Friday, May 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Guin City Cemetery.  Bro. David Sexton officiating.
