Bob Pennington age 80 of Birmingham, AL died Friday, July 15, 2011 in the Farifield Nursing and Rehab in Fairfield, AL. 

Born in Sulligent, AL he is the Son of the late Lamar and Josie Hollis Pennington and the Husband of Johnnie Mansell Pennington.  He had lived in Sulligent and Birmingham most of his life and was a Veteran of the Korean War having served in the US Army. 

He is survived by his Wife, Johnnie Pennington of Birmingham, AL, 2 Sons, Ricky Pennington of Trussville, AL and David Pennington of Birmingham, AL, A Granddaughter, Mandy Schmidt, 2 Great Grandchildren, Hanna and Matthew and 2 Brothers, Lake Pennington of KS and Jack Pennington of Millport, AL. 

Graveside Services held Monday, July 18, 2011 at 11:00 am from the Mt. Hebron Cemetery with Bro. Edward Puckett officiating.
