Bill Aldridge age 72 of Beaverton, AL died Thursday, September 8, 2011 in the St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham, AL. 

Born in Lamar County, AL he is the Son of the late Addie Melton and Elsie Ruth Pugh Aldridge.  He had lived in the Beaverton area most of his life and was a member of Faith Fellowship Church. 

He is survived by his Wife, Virginia Cantrell Aldridge of Beaverton, AL, 2 Daughters, Beneta (Howard) McKinney of Dallas, TX and Kerri (Jerry) Shoemaker of Leeds, AL and A Son, David ( Marcie) Aldridge of Talladega, AL, 2 Grandchildren, Michael and Caleb McKinney, 6 Sisters, Polly Chambless and Lee Cantrell of Beaverton, AL, Faye Cantrell of Oneontia, AL, Linda McFee of Brunswick, GA, Jannette Spann of Winfield, AL and Margie Kingsley of Killen, AL and a Brother Gene Aldridge of Kilgore, TX. 

He was also preceded in death by a Sister, Maxine Ryland and 2 Brothers, Leon and H.P. Aldridge. 

Services held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 1:00 pm from the Faith Fellowship Church with burial in the Webb Cemetery.  Bro. Harry Sailor and Bro. Terry Miles officiating.
