Annie Grace Dudley age 79 of College Grove, TN formerly of Guin, AL died Monday, October 17, 2011 in the Claiborne and Hughes Health Center in Franklin, TN.   

Born in Marion County, AL she is the daughter of the late Hezzie and Eunice Smith Underwood and the wife of the late James Paul Dudley.  She had lived in Guin most of her life. 

She is survived by 2 Daughters, Paula (Clarence) Frost of College Grove, TN, and Judy (Jerry) Benton of Guin, AL, 4 Grandchildren, Stephanie (Steve) Molz, Brian (Kathy) Frost, Karla (Bill) Galla and Amanda Benton, 5 Great Grandchildren, A Sister, Sue (Cullen) Frost of Pinson, AL and A Brother, Max (Mary) Underwood of AL. 

She was also preceded in death by a Brother, Glenn Underwood. 

Services held Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 2:00 pm from the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Liberty Cemetery.  Bro. Scott Stokes officiating.
